Through high-precision CNC processing, we pursue extreme attention to detail and tight tolerances. The reel also undergoes a hard anodizing treatment to increase its corrosion resistance. Throughout the entire production process, we closely monitor every step to ensure perfection, even in the smallest details.

The reel is made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, which we carefully select to maximize the overall quality. The heat forming and heat treatment processes ensure the durability of the product. The mature production process, complemented by a 100% inspection system, guarantees high quality and a delicate appearance, providing a stronger visual experience and superior user experience.

The 3D structure design is based on DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis and extensive lessons learned, ensuring the rationality of each part. The all-stainless-steel structure simplifies maintenance and storage.
